Mission Statement

We believe that everyone is unique and of equal value regardless of academic ability, class, creed, gender, race or wealth.

Within this, we aim to…

  • enable all learners to realise their potential
  • promote links between learners, partner schools, local community groups and businesses
  • build a supportive and caring ethos for all learners

To achieve these aims, we will…

  • provide access to a range of high quality teaching and learning resources
  • be proactive in maintaining the leading-edge nature of these resources
  • provide high quality training and support for staff, students and adult learners
  • be innovative in developing curriculum materials and activities
  • widen participation in learning, and encourage those who have had limited involvement with ICT to develop their skills
  • offer an extended day to allow greater access to learning
  • promote workforce development
  • work in partnership with local businesses
  • involve community groups in curriculum development

Vision Statement

In areas of fast moving technological advancement such as ICT, we have created a working ethos in which we automatically strive to stay at the leading edge.

Within this, we expect to introduce and maintain a multitude of hi-tech hardware and software solutions and have them integrated into the normal working day of our students’ experience.
